A little history:  Perfect Plumbing and Heating, Inc. since 1988, not only performed plumbing and heating sales and services for folks, but we always had a special market focus with MONITOR kerosene and gas-fired heating and hot water products.  

We eventually became one of  New England's Largest Monitor Heating System Dealers.  


In time, with market saturation and energy swings and prior to the 2008 financial collapse - Monitor Products seized production in 2007.

Along with us and our customers, we were all kind of worried of what to do next?  Thinking positive as we all should, we have continued and continue to help folks with one of the most popular brands of direct vent heating ever produced.

With our knowledge, our vast array of inventory parts and after market parts.  Many parts which are still being made to this day - we can still help with solutions.  We even have a couple of "do it yourself books"  step by step with high definition pictures for rebuilding your Monitor 40, 41, 441 and 2400 or your Monitor 21, 22, 422 and 2200 heaters!  

As being one of New England's Largest Monitor Dealers, we are also your Authorized Dealer for Toyotomi/Toyostove (the only direct replacement for the Monitor Heater k1 line. ) and they work great too!

When it comes to gas, we are your ACE PRO Rinnai Authorized Dealer for gas heaters and hot water systems.  We are also your  Hampton, Regency, Napoleon Products Dealer for Gas or Wood Fireplace, Cast Iron Enameled Stoves and Pellet Stoves. 


As times have changed,  The New Heat Pump/Ductless Mini-Split Systems have now become the thing of beauty for energy savings, comfort heating as the Monitor Heater was in its days.  Yet, this new technology does both heating and cooling!  You can save up to 50% on your current energy costs and they are now becoming the New " Monitor Heater" ! 

We have been delighted to add the new product lines of Fujitsu, Mitsubishi and LG. and shifting our special market focus with Fujitsu!  We have installed over 1000 locally and there are over 100,000 installed now through out the State of Maine.  

We are doing our part to help the Governor of the State of Maine's goal to 320,000 heat pumps by 2027!

Having said that, we are proud to be your Elite Fujitsu Heat Pump Ductless Mini-Split Contractor and you receive a 12 year robust warranty of parts from our installations for you!  We service what we sell.

In addition, we are partners with Efficiency Maine and they have rebate incentives of up to $10,600 now!  From State to Federal Tax Credits!
