*Outside tank? Add K-1 PLUS for $20.00 per 250 gallons for moisture/water dispersment.
*Heaters with no history of maintainance must have damper o-ring changed. An addtional $15.00 will be added.

Now that warmer weather is finally here, many of you have stopped using your heaters for the summer months and now would be an excellent time to have the routine tri-annual maintenance performed.
Monitor Heaters do require periodic maintenance at about three years of service. Occasionally, there are problems that arise after three years.
We will thoroughly clean your heater or hot water heater and inspect/check for any potential problems such as water in your outside tank, noisy motors, oil lines, installation, etc. Also if applicable, we will advise you of any new state code updates. Some of which, have been recently made into effect and inform you of what any additional costs could be to repair or update a condition.
We encourage you if you have any intentions of having your unit serviced this spring/summer to act soon!
