            Ductless Technology Eliminates Energy Loss

Don't waste money cooling and heating the ducts in your walls and attic. Duct losses in a central air system can easily account for more than 30% of energy consumption, especially if the ducts are not sealed tight or located in an unconditioned space such as an attic or crawlspace. Fujitsu General systems are ductless, meaning they install easily and won't take up valuable closet space. Since mini-splits have little to no ducting, they forego those energy losses typically associated with central forced-air systems.

Great news for older homes and homes without existing ductwork: Ductless mini-split systems are a particularly good choice for you! Building ductwork for traditional central air conditioning units is a major expense and requires cutting holes in walls, floors, and ceilings, or decreasing closet space. Ductless systems only require a two- or three-inch hole just outside the wall.
